In 2014, ANKAAA launched the new Arts Worker Extension Program (AWEP) Graduate Program, which provides AWEP Graduates with ongoing, tailored skills development and project support that targets their individual workplace needs and goals. The Graduate Program also provides ongoing opportunities for networking and industry participation, and builds on the capacity of Graduates to mentor others.
