NT Arts Infrastructure Project

Above: View of the Warmun Art Gallery just before dusk on 13 March 2011, when severe flooding forced the evacuation of the entire community. ANKAAA initiated and co-ordinated an emergency rescue mission, including the dispatch of an Argyle Diamonds helicopter and a team of conservation volunteers under the guidance of University of Melbourne.

Left: Construction at Gapuwiyak as part of the NT Arts Infrastructure Projects. ANKAAA secured and managed funding of $5.8 million for infrastructure developments and improvements at 17 Art Centres.
